Something I can't go a day without doing is listening to music. I love all genres of music. I grew up playing the piano, and I try to practice as much as I can.

What are some social issues that you’re passionate about?

I am passionate about community development. Currently, I am working to provide families who are facing homelessness to find affordable housing. Everyone should have access to a safe, affordable home. Also, I am passionate about education. I believe every child and adult should have access to all educational resources.

If you could fix 1-3 world problems affecting youth, what would they be?

I would focus on remedying poverty, food insecurity, and the lack of physical/mental health resources.

When you hear the words, “Roots Strong”, what does it mean to you?

Plants and trees all have roots with multiple fibers/strands. Without the various fibers/strands, the plant or tree won't grow. To build a community it takes numerous people coming together. So when I think of Roots Strong, I think of community building.
